The appeal wont affect the NNF1 results, NNF1 stands clear of the FIA on this matter and quite clearly NNF1 should be running F1.

It will have an affect on the F1 championship until all is resolved - probably at the same time Ferrari's appeal against McLaren for the alleged 'spying' scandal is heard.

Has had a an affect on NNF1, initial points allocated have been revised following the 'new' grid with Alonso in 6th spot following his 5 position penalty.

In future as stated in the NNF1 rules all NNF1 points will be awarded on the final race positions from the FIA results/web site. The NNF1 points system does not follow that of F1.

I think that once you have established your self say as a triple or even relatively speaking a 7 time world champion you can throw your weight around a little. There is still that "I'm not sure factor" about him isn't there? I mean "for sure" he is brilliant and uses an F1 car like no one else BUT "for sure" his previous car was designed around his aggressive turn in style but now it seems in a different team (and certainly with a different and fast team mate) the advantage is not there (at all) like 99% of us thought it would be. Affable and tantrum free last year but there has been a few spats this season hasn't there?
